Chocolate Cake: Our chocolate cake, which has a moist and delicate crumb, has an intense cocoa flavor intensified by coffee, is one of our best-selling flavors.
Coconut Cake: A light and fluffy chiffon cake made from shredded coconut which jam packs this cake with full coconut flavor.
Carrot Cake: Full of spice, carrots, and bits of toasted walnuts, this cake is for those who love a classic carrot cake flavor.
Red Velvet: Our rich and moist red velvet made with Valrhona Dutch Processed Cocoa has the slight taste of a chocolate cake but with the hint of tang of buttermilk.
Almond Cake: Made from real almonds, this plushy and sweet almond cake is a crowd please amongst coffee lovers.
Banana cake: Moist banana cake made from ripe bananas and brown sugar and a touch of vanilla.

Chocolate: Our house made mousse base mixed with luscious dark chocolate ganache to get a decadent chocolate mousse
Salted Caramel: Our house made mousse base mixed with our house made salted caramel, and even more drizzled between each cake layer
Cream Cheese: Not your average cream cheese frosting, this one is lightened with our Italian meringue buttercream with a hint of lemon
Coffee: Our house made mousse base infused with warm coffee flavor
Cookies & Cream: Crushed chocolate cookie shells sprinkled into our house made mousse base with cookie chunks throughout the filling
Matcha: High quality matcha blended with our house made mousse base
Churro: Fragrant cinnamon mixed into our house made mousse base with white chocolate crunch layer
Nutella: Dark chocolate hazelnut paste mixed into our house made mousse base with a hazelnut praline layer

What flavor(s) do you recommend if I'm not serving my cake for a couple days after pick up/delivery?
We recommend our Chocolate cake or Red Velvet cake as these flavors hold up the best and stay moist longer.
Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or sugar-free/lower sugar cakes?
While we hope to offer these options one day, we don't offer them right now and don't know if and when we will be able to. We also don't offer any custom flavors beyond what is described above. That being said, we'd love to hear your requests so we know what flavors to consider adding in the future!
What is the best way to serve and store my cake/cupcakes?
All cakes and cupcakes should be served at room temperature.
Cakes and Cupcakes: All of our cakes and cupcakes are stored in the refrigerator before pickup/delivery to ensure smooth transportation. However, please allow 2-3 hours for cakes and about 45 min - 1 hour for cupcakes to come to room temperature before serving. Cold cakes and buttercream will be hard and will soften up at room temperature.
